Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation.
Prices may change without prior notice if the quotation expires.
Payments
Projects commence only after the agreed advance payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed milestones or before final website delivery.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Required content
- Images
- Logos
- Login credentials
- Necessary approvals
Project timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required materials.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and content developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DigitalWebMinds reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Third-Party Services
Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions for services such as:
- Domain Registration
- Web Hosting
- Premium Plugins
- Premium Themes
- Email Hosting
- Third-party APIs
Unless specifically included in the project quotation.
Limitation of Liability
DigitalWebMinds shall not be held responsible for:
- Hosting server downtime
- Domain expiration
- Third-party plugin failures
- Search engine ranking fluctuations
- Data loss caused by third-party providers
- Cyber attacks beyond our reasonable control
SEO Disclaimer
While we follow SEO best practices, we cannot guarantee specific Google rankings or traffic levels, as search engine algorithms are outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.
Completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
